If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Dukanext.com is an online business directory and product display platform that allows shop owners to create their own digital storefronts and display products and offers to customers.
1.2 Nature of Service. Dukanext.com provides: online shop directories, product display and promotion services, shop advertisement and visibility boosting services, digital listing management tools. Dukanext.com: Does NOT act as a seller, dealer, distributor, broker, or agent. Does NOT purchase or sell products. Does NOT participate in negotiations between buyers and sellers. Does NOT guarantee any sales, inquiries, profits, or customer response. Does NOT provide product delivery or logistics services. Does NOT guarantee product quality, authenticity, availability, or after-sale service. All dealings, transactions, payments, warranties, disputes, deliveries, and communications are strictly between the customer and the shop owner.
1.3 Shop Owner Accounts. Each registered shop owner may receive a dedicated directory/sub-directory, access to add/edit/update/delete products and information, ability to publish special offers and promotional content. Shop owners are fully responsible for: accuracy of product information, product pricing, availability, legal compliance, customer communication, taxes, invoices, licenses, and permits.
1.4 Subscription and Charges. Dukanext.com operates on a subscription-based model. Charges may include: monthly subscription fees, yearly subscription fees, advertisement charges, product/shop boosting charges, promotional campaign charges. Different packages may be offered based on business requirements. Failure to renew subscription may result in: suspension of advertisement, reduced visibility, temporary deactivation, removal of listings or directory access. “No subscription” may lead to “No advertisement or promotional visibility.”
1.5 No Guarantee Policy. Dukanext.com does not guarantee: sales or customer inquiries, product views or traffic, business growth, customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, product quality, product originality, after-sale service, payment recovery, customer behavior. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect and verify products directly with the shop owner before purchase.
1.6 Customer Responsibility. Customers acknowledge that purchases are made at their own discretion and risk. They should verify products physically whenever possible. Dukanext.com shall not be liable for fraudulent listings, fake products, misrepresentation, delayed delivery, defective products, financial loss, personal disputes.
1.7 Prohibited Activities. Shop owners and users shall not upload illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content; sell prohibited or unlawful products; violate intellectual property rights; use abusive material; manipulate ratings; conduct scams. Dukanext.com reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations.
1.8 Account Suspension and Termination. Dukanext.com reserves the right to suspend accounts, delete listings, remove products, terminate subscriptions, permanently ban users without prior notice in cases involving: malpractice, fraud, misappropriation, illegal activities, misleading information, violation of platform policies. Closure of a shop/business may also result in account termination or directory deletion.
1.9 Intellectual Property. All logos, branding, software, platform design, and content belonging to Dukanext.com are protected. Shop owners retain ownership of uploaded product images and content but grant Dukanext.com permission to display and promote them on the platform.
1.10 Limitation of Liability. Dukanext.com shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses, business interruption, reputation damage, customer disputes, delivery failures, product defects, loss of profits, data loss, cyber incidents beyond reasonable control. Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
1.11 Modification & Governing Law. Dukanext reserves right to modify pricing, packages, features at any time. These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Dukanext operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. By registering or using Dukanext.com, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2.1 Introduction. Dukanext.com respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through the platform. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
2.2 Information We Collect. Shop Owner Information: Name, business name, mobile number, email, shop address, product information, business documents, payment details, advertisement preferences. Customer Information: Name, contact details, inquiry information, browsing behavior. Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies and usage data.
2.3 How We Use Information. Collected information may be used for: creating and managing shop directories, displaying products and offers, customer communication, improving platform performance, sending notifications and promotional messages, processing subscriptions and advertisements, fraud prevention and security.
2.4 Information Sharing. Dukanext.com does not sell personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared: with customers contacting shop owners, with service providers assisting platform operations, when required by law or government authorities, to prevent fraud or illegal activities. Business information uploaded by shop owners may be publicly visible on the platform.
2.5 Cookies and Tracking. Dukanext.com may use cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience, understand visitor behavior, store preferences, analyze traffic. Users may disable cookies through browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
2.6 Data Security & Retention. Reasonable security measures are implemented, but no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. Dukanext may retain information as long as accounts remain active, for legal/operational purposes, to resolve disputes. Deleted or terminated accounts may still have certain records retained where legally necessary.
2.7 Children’s Privacy & User Responsibility. Platform is not intended for users below legally permitted age. Users are responsible for password confidentiality and providing accurate information. Dukanext reserves right to update this Privacy Policy; continued use indicates acceptance.
3.1 Introduction. This policy explains terms related to subscription payments, advertisement services, boosting services, cancellations, and refunds on Dukanext.com. By subscribing to any paid service, the user/shop owner agrees to this policy.
3.2 Nature of Services. Dukanext provides digital shop directory, product display, advertisement, boosting, promotional visibility services. Dukanext does NOT sell products, deliver products, act as broker/intermediary, or guarantee sales. All subscriptions are for digital visibility and promotional services only.
3.3 Subscription Plans & Cancellation by Shop Owner. Monthly, quarterly, yearly plans and ad packages are offered. Shop Owner may request cancellation at any time, but cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Services already activated may not be refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals only; unpaid dues remain liable.
3.4 Non-Refundable Services. Unless specifically stated, the following are generally NON-REFUNDABLE: subscription fees, advertisement charges, boosting charges, featured listing fees, promotional campaign charges, setup or onboarding charges. Digital advertising begins immediately after activation.
3.5 Refund Eligibility. Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances: duplicate payment, technical error causing failed activation, incorrect billing by Dukanext, service not provided due to platform-side issue. Refund approval is at sole discretion of Dukanext. No refund for business performance (low sales, lack of inquiries, poor profits).
3.6 Suspension/Termination due to Violation. No refund if account is suspended/terminated due to fraud, fake products, misleading ads, illegal activities, policy violations, customer complaints, misappropriation. Subscription expiry leads to removal of visibility; expired subscriptions may cause permanent removal of listings.
3.7 Shop Closure & Refund Processing. If a shop permanently closes, remaining subscription amounts may not be refundable unless approved by Dukanext. Approved refunds may take 7 to 30 business days depending on payment provider/banking. Auto-renewal (if enabled) renews automatically; no refund for renewal charges once processed. Force majeure events exclude liability for refund claims.
By purchasing any paid service, the Shop Owner confirms they have read, understood, and agree that Dukanext provides promotional and listing services only, without guarantee of business results or sales.
4.1 Purpose & Eligibility. This Agreement is between registered shop owner ("Shop Owner") and Dukanext.com. By registering, subscribing, listing products, the Shop Owner agrees to comply. Dukanext does NOT purchase/sell, act as broker/agent, guarantee sales, or provide delivery/warranties. All business dealings are solely between customer and Shop Owner. To register, Shop Owner must be legally eligible, provide accurate details, possess required licenses, comply with local laws.
4.2 Shop Account & Directory. Upon successful registration and subscription, Shop Owner receives a dedicated directory/store page, can add/edit/delete products, images, prices, offers. Shop Owner is solely responsible for accuracy, legality, pricing, inventory, customer communication, taxes, invoices, and business operations.
4.3 Subscription, Fees & No Sales Guarantee. Paid subscription model (monthly/yearly/ad/boosting/featured). Failure to renew = suspension, reduced visibility, deactivation. Dukanext does not guarantee sales, inquiries, traffic, profits, or advertisement performance. Shop Owner uses platform at own business risk.
4.4 Product Responsibility & Prohibited Activities/Products. Shop Owner is fully responsible for quality, authenticity, legality, warranty, delivery, returns, after-sale service, customer complaints. Dukanext not liable for fake/counterfeit products, defects, delivery delays. Prohibited: illegal substances, counterfeit goods, stolen items, weapons, adult/obscene materials, restricted medicines, hazardous products. Violation leads to immediate removal.
4.5 Advertisements, Boosting & Content Rights. Paid ads, boosting, featured listings available but no guaranteed results. Shop Owner retains ownership of uploaded content but grants Dukanext non-exclusive right to display, publish, promote, and resize for platform marketing.
4.6 Account Suspension & Refund/Tax Responsibility. Dukanext may suspend/terminate accounts for fraud, misappropriation, fake products, illegal activity, repeated complaints, policy violations, business closure. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Shop Owner solely responsible for VAT/GST, taxes, invoices, licenses. Customer disputes are resolved directly between customer and Shop Owner; Dukanext is not party to such disputes.
4.7 Limitation of Liability, Indemnification & Force Majeure. Dukanext not liable for loss of sales, profits, business interruption, reputation damage, data loss, technical downtime, ad underperformance. Shop Owner indemnifies Dukanext from claims arising from products sold, legal violations, IP infringement, fraudulent activities. Force majeure (natural disasters, govt actions, cyberattacks) excuses delays.
4.8 Modification & Governing Law. Dukanext may modify this Agreement at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dukanext's operating jurisdiction. By registering, the Shop Owner confirms full understanding and acceptance.
